About Me
You’ve probably tried meditation, grounding techniques, and reading many self-help books… or maybe you've tried drinking or smoking something, which is totally fine. The problem with these strategies is that you are not treating the source of your struggles and unhealthy patterns.
There is a part of you that says YES, and there is another part that says NO. You are constantly pulled to both sides, yet they both seem to come from yourself... For example, one side says, "Hey, you should break up with him," and one side says, "No way, why would I do that?" Should I do it, or should I not? Is that good for me or bad for me?
Many clients have expressed that they are exhausted with their recurring patterns, as well as the energy and time that they've spent on looking for the answer to heal. There is so much information on Google, and it can be extremely overwhelming and discouraging to go through it all.
I am here to help you navigate which part you want to put in your driver's seat and move forward.

My beliefs in Therapy
1
Empathy and Curiosity come first before anything
Non-judgmental space comes from curiosity and empathy. If you grew up with a lot of cultural and social expectations from your family, school system, or community, you might've learned to disconnect from who you truly are. A non-judgmental space is essential for clients to open up and share from their hearts.
2
Therapeutic relationship is treated as a treasure
Trust is crucial in any healthy relationship, and there is no difference between clients and therapists. Our bodies are very intelligent at telling us when something is "not right." The modalities are important, but I believe that the relationship I have with a client is equally important and must be treated with deep care.
3
My clients know about themselves more than I do
Clients are the experts in their lives. It doesn't matter what exactly happened to them. I am curious to know how they perceived what happened. My job is to guide them to untangle their emotions and thoughts so that they can process and move forward with their past events.
