Self-esteem impacts every area of your life including. It is an important key to have healthy relationships! 


How to know your self-esteem is low. 

  • ​You say yes to things that you do not want to do. 

  • You feel tired after pleasing people. 

  • You don’t want to see yourself in a mirror.

  • You are afraid or can’t even be bothered to try new things. 

  • You are scared to speak your truth or embarrassing stories about yourself. 

  • You lack healthy boundaries. 

  • People take advantage of you.

  • You think about the same thing over and over again.

How sessions are offered

I do not offer in-person service at the moment. Clients can choose between phone or video therapy. 

Phone therapy: For folks who prefer to focus on the verbal conversation.

Video therapy: For folks who prefer to meet face to face and find it helpful to engage in conversation.

* I recommend a video session if you are interested in body-oriented approach (nervous system health) in your sessions.
